Red Willow Western Rural Fire Department will be hosting an Understanding Burn Permits presentation along with an Investigator from the Nebraska State Fire Marshals Office. The presentation includes the State statutes on open burning, permits and other questions that arise when requesting a burn permit for open burning. Begins at 6pm
