MCC Softball moves up five-game series with Luna; first game set for Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

The McCook Community College softball series against Luna Community College has been moved up over weather concerns and the five-game series will begin Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Jaycees Sports Complex.

The two teams also moved up weekend doubleheaders and will play Friday and Saturday starting both days at noon.

MCC is 1-14 on the season and was swept in its first Region IX series of the season by Northeastern Junior College. Luna Community College is 2-3 in Region IX and 5-16 overall.
