My name is Jennifer Davis, Chairperson of the Herndon Chamber of Commerce. We are preparing for the upcoming Herndon Ox Roast, scheduled for June 13, 2026. This event, held every five years, is a longstanding tradition that draws approximately 2,000 visitors to our small town for a day of complimentary entertainment. Event Schedule: • 7:00 a.m.: 5K Walk/Run • 8:00 a.m.: Parade Lineup • 10:00 a.m.: Parade • 12:00 p.m.: Ox Roast Meal • 1:00 p.m.: Traditional Bingo • 2:30 p.m.: Cow Patty Bingo • 4:30 p.m.: Outhouse Races • 7:00 p.m.: Church Mass • 8:00 p.m.–Midnight: Dance • Fireworks at dusk • 50/50 Drawing during the dance (attendance not required to win) We kindly request your station’s assistance in promoting this event.
