and great with managing the herd’s health.

Ranch Foreman Job Duties:

• Monitoring herd health
• Handling cattle with low stress
• Identify sick cattle and treating
• Calving
• Working calves

• Keep accurate records of cattle information, using excel/google sheets
• Moving cattle to pasture and corn stalks
• Fixing fence
• Feeding, watering, salt and mineral
• Spread manure
• Tend sprayer and planter
• Assist with irrigation
• Drive semi-truck during harvest

Ranch Foreman Schedule: Hours vary based on the season.

• Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekends for calving and feeding

The Ranch Foreman must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by the MVR. A CDL
is not required but preferred. They must have experience driving a semi-truck.

The Family Resource Center (FRC) is looking for a passionate and dedicated person to fill the role of Program Manager. The FRC is looking for an individual who is community-oriented, innovative, and highly reliable to lead and enhance our programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the program assistant and volunteers, managing marketing and social media efforts, issuing donation receipts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the successful execution of FRC programs. Additionally, this role will support fundraising initiatives and fulfill other duties as assigned by the board. The Program Manager is also expected to attend quarterly board meetings and provide monthly reports on the community impact of the FRC.

Cross Diamond Cattle Company is looking for an experienced Ranch Hand to join their seed
stock and commercial Red Angus operation in Bertrand, Nebraska. The Ranch Hand must be
detail-orientated, have a strong work ethic and have the ability to handle cattle with respect and
low stress.

Ranch Hand Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience

Ranch Hand Primary Job Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Fence work
• Assist with bull sale

Ranch Hand schedule: Hours vary based on the season

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday 1/2 days
• Rotating weekends

The Ranch Hand must have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
