McCook, NE — The Red Willow County Health Department, in collaboration with Community
Hospital, is pleased to announce a Fall Health Fair aimed at promoting community wellness
and providing access to affordable health screenings.

Event Dates: September 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11
Time: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily
Location: Red Willow County Health Dept. @ 1400 W 5th St, McCook, NE 69001

Attendees will enjoy complimentary coffee and rolls, courtesy of Community Hospital, along
with informational resources, giveaways, and opportunities to learn more about local health
services.

Affordable Lab Screenings Available
The fall health fair will feature reduced-cost lab draws. Please note that insurance and
Medicare cannot be billed, but receipts are available upon request for deductible purposes.

AVAILABLE TESTS:

Wellness Panel – $50 (Includes Metabolic Panel, Lipid Profile, Uric Acid & CBC)
PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) – $35
TSH (Thyroid Screening) – $30
Hemoglobin A1C – $25 (Measures average blood glucose over 3 months)
Vitamin D – $55 (Essential for bone health)
*Additional lab tests require a physician’s order. Please call for pricing.

IMPORTANT FASTING INSTRUCTIONS:
For accurate results on the Metabolic Panel and Lipid Profile, participants must fast for 12
hours prior to their appointment. Water and prescribed medications are permitted, but no
coffee, food, or vitamins should be consumed during the fasting period.
