McCook Golf Team Wins Lexington Invite

McCook Golf Team traveled to Lexington for an invite on Tuesday, April 15th.  McCook would win the invite with a team low of a 309.  Individually for McCook Landon Kmoch finished in 1st place and shot a 71, Reid Loop scored a 72 and placed 2nd.  Keaton Loop turned in a score of a 82, Kolton Koetter shot an 84, and Jalen Collicott scored an 85.  McCook Golf Team back in action Thursday at Hastings.

Comments from Head Coach Ben Vetrovsky: "Very proud of the effort taking home the invite win at Lexington. Landon Kmoch and Reid Loop both put on a clinic striking the ball. They have proven to be a couple of the elite players in Class B. Keaton Loop had a solid day on the golf course and even had an opportunity to break 80. Kolton Koetter and Jalen Collicott both had nice day on the course as well. We will continue to work hard to improve on our mistakes. Excited to tee it up at Lochland Country Club in Hastings on Thursday."
