McCook Tennis Teams Recognized For Academic Excellence

McCook boys and girls tennis teams earned a super award to close out the 2023-2024 school year.  The Nebraska Coaches Association Board of Directors have approved the establishment of the first ever NCA Girls Tennis Team Academic Excellence Awards.  This award is intended to recongize teams that excelled in the classroom while also being dedicated to tennis.  Below is the criteria that has been extablished:

• Team = NSAA State Team Entries.
• Academic Period = 2023-2024 2nd Semester GPA per athlete
• Minimum Cumulative Team GPA = 3.30 or higher on a 4.00 scale (use non weighted GPA)
• The Head Coach must have been a 2023-2024 NCA member.
