Tennessee Man Arrested in Online Enticement Investigation
DECEMBER 12, 2025 (Omaha, Neb.) — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Technical Crimes Unit, with the assistance of the Bradley County (TN) Sheriff’s Department, have arrested a Tennessee man following an online enticement investigation.
The investigation began earlier this year when Dillon Summers, 54, of Cleveland, Tennessee contacted what he believed to be a 13-year-old female. The person he contacted online was actually an undercover Nebraska State Patrol investigator. In the subsequent online conversations, Summer discussed sexual acts.
NSP investigators were able to identify Summers and learn of his location in Bradley County, Tennessee. On Tuesday, December 9, investigators arrested Summers for sexual assault by use of electronic communication device and enticement by electronic communication device.
Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) assisted with the investigation and the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department assisted with the arrest. He was lodged in Bradley County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
