900 Square Feet Names Player of the Year Award After Jordan Larson

Volleyball website 900 Square Feet announced Wednesday that it has named its annual player of the year award the Jordan Larson/900 Square Feet National Player of the Year Award. It will be presented in December.
"We are so proud to have Jordan as the namesake for the award that will honor annually the top player in NCAA volleyball," said Lee Feinswog, editor of 900 Square Feet. "What she has accomplished as a college player at Nebraska, a four-time Olympic medalist, a great pro around the world and now with LOVB Nebraska, is incredible by itself. But she's also been a fantastic representative of the sport on all levels."
The Jordan Larson/900 Square Feet National Player of the Year Award will be voted on by a panel of media who cover the sport nationally and who vote on the 900 Square Feet Top 16 Media Poll.
Larson, who won an NCAA championship with Nebraska in 2006 and the gold medal for the USA at the Tokyo Olympics, talked about the honor and more in this video.
